This is excellent inductive exposition by Kollerstrom (and Fetzer, one supposes), much paralleling the work of Chris Bollyn (Bollyn.com), esp. for the details submitted, but the conclusion is not adequate--not inclusive enough.

For it isn't just Israelis, or "neo-cons," or "zionists"; these ultimate culprits are and MUST be SATANISTS, satanism defined very carefully and matter-of-factly as extreme subjectivism, by which subjectivism they make themselves God, the creator of all reality.

And note there are further, practical implications and consequences of this horrific satanism and subjectivism, esp. in way of non-objective law, including esp. selective prosecution while certain favorites are allowed to break the law which the common people are required to observe, perfect example being hitlery Clinton who breaks nat. security laws but which are otherwise used to crucify "whistle-blowers," and even such as Gen. Petraeus. There are numerous other examples of the horrific subjectivist and selective applications of present satanic legal system.

And thus satanism takes advantage of a hubristic (heavily affected w. subjectivism) generation and society corrupted w. moralist (subjectivist) edjumacation of academic hacks like Fetzer, who now effectively acts as GATE-KEEPER for "truth" movements, now utterly subverted and under-mined by this corruption, moralism, and subjectivism.

Fundamental PRACTICAL instrument of these subjectivists and satanists then is CENTRAL-BANKING which is actually criminal fraud of literally legalized COUNTERFEITING by which they own and control everything and everybody--even Ron Paul having to worry about assassination if he goes too far.

Now the question is WHO are foremost subjectivists (and satanists)?--and these are un-questionably Jews, NOT mere "zionists," easily demonstrated by simply examining their satanic Talmud which teaches Jews, NOT just "zionists," war and unremitting enmity against gentiles and humanity. So the pt. then is that Kollerstrom's details merely confirm and verify the same old anti-semitic conclusions, whether Kollerstrom likes it or not, about the Jew/satanic conspiracy--which has actually been known for centuries, since the Gospels of Christ (= TRUTH, Gosp. JOHN 14:6) and New Test., which saved Western civilization and even the Roman empire of the time.

Great problem w. hacks and gate-keepers like Fetzer is he mule-headedly refuses to acknowledge the great anti-semitic (anti-satanist) PHILOSOPHY (not mere "religion") of Christianity and New Test. literature and allegory. For if Christ is TRUTH, how does/could truth exist?--answer: it could ONLY exist if there is OBJECTIVE (God-given according to Christian allegory) reality which serves as necessary basis/criterion--against Jew lies (JOHN 8:44) founded in subjectivism.
